incident (first year or usage) the fiber card driver crash and zombie processes occur. IO hang, database down.

cannot fail over to standby server, primary server cannot shutdown, shutdown abort can't help, physically power off server is require.

  I am gonna attend the Oracle RAC class offered by Oracle   and the system administrator will attend the Veritas class.
