We are using OID replicated (across 3 nodes )for resolving our service names running on 9203 (solaris) for past 5 months. Had one issue since with replication between nodes when one of the nodes was taken down. Had to reconfigure OID and reload service names (took about 45Min). Installation was certainly challenging since not everything is covered in manuals/Metalink. Users use (LDAP,TNSNAMES)for Directory_path since tnsnames is not pushed out everytime we make a change.

Thanks,
Ravi Kulkarni.
