No. I guess by manual I mean I didn't use the gui. I ran the appropriate upgrade script.

Gosh I hope it doesn't come to exp/imp... I can't even export my database.

Lisa, when you say you "manually" migrated, did you use exp/imp after a fresh CREATE DATABASE in 9i? Also, what platform? 32-bit?
