without reading the book ... hmmm ... I think I have a solution

I actually ordered that learning machine from Matrix (where they teach Neo Martial Arts and Trinity learn to fly a chopper) ...to learn Statspack without reading the book will be $200.00, knowledge valid for 60 days ... I guess it will be good business.

Raj - Totally agree. Don's book is on my bookshelf. But the poster said he didn't want to read that book. And it sounded to me like he really needed to understand how to use the wait statistics to diagnose a problem.
