Hmm, would you take a project which read.

'Our BCHR is 85% which is below the industry average, please can you help us make it 95% permanently'?

It would seem to me that the odds of failure were 1, the customer/consultant fit was 0, yet we could hardly criticise.

In short I think you are missing that TUSC is saying, 'we do stuff that we and the customer agree makes sense and is achievable'. This isn't so bad.

P.P.S. So I do stuff that I consider doesn't make sense.
