Hi All,

i am running oracle 8.1.7 on SCO unixware 7.the problem is swap space usage doesn't come down
when there is no load or connected users.actually every morning i start the DB that time swap usage is 0 but when the user starts thier work it grows i.e. 70MB till after noon.but when all the users disconnects from thier application at evening, leaving for home , this swap space utilization does not comes down until i bounce the orale DB ?

what can be the problem !!

Thanks

Arvind
