Well, to tell the truth the enhancement that I would appreciate beyond any other
is stability. I hate seeing oracle releases with instance crash & corruption.
Any talk about zero bug version?

The biggest implication, that I see, of this new technique is, I won't be able to see the enhancement requests submitted by others ... "ditto" facility is gone. Oracle is thinking ... "if we discourage them enough .... the enhancement requests will go away ..."
