Seriously, This just happened once on my database and I am not that worried about it... But was just wondering if the x$-gurus might know more on this... I have never seen a P4 parameter before...

If KS stands for Kernel Services and P4 is a parameter then what does SAD stands for ? (Dont tell me its my mood !!!)
