It wouldn't make much sense to have one part of the code compiled with the '64 bits' flag and not the other ... Besides, remember that for all those products you can link 'single task' (at least I thik that you can still link 'single-task'), and that you have a 'direct mode' for both exp and sqlldr, which means that they are, by necessity, using the same architecture as the kernel.
