Help. Who did I promise to send the paper on the DB2 learning opt

After one of the sessions at the IOUG this week in Orlando I spoke with someone, I keep thinking about Kirti but I'm not sure, about learning optimizers and promised I'll email the paper presented at a VLDB conference about the DB2 learning optimizer. Of course that is a bit difficult if I can't remember who, so please refresh my memory. Wolfgang Breitling
