This is just me showing how key features of the optimizer work by demonstrating how you can break it.

If time permits, I'll describe how I did it in my CBO presentation at IOUG-A on Monday.

(And I'll let the rest of the list know after IOUG-A is over).

Yes, the table was analyzed - compute,
and the statistics were accurate.
