What are the consequences of killing an import session while it is running? What must I do before/after issuing the kill command from the shell for the imp pid? I know I will probably have to clear all the garbage in schema, but anything else to release resources, etc?

Oracle 8.1.7.0.0
AIX 4.3.3 Thanks for all the responses!
