Can you specify the docs that states, "It does not need a database instance restart?" This oracle analyst insists on it and I'm really ticked off because I'm sure it is not necessary, but I can't prove it.

Is there a way to assess the value of the parameter in a connection?

How do you ask to speak with "the supervisor" on a tar?
