Anybody using this sqlnet parameter setting? I can't find a good description. Some oracle analyst thinks it will solve all my remote query woes or at least get rid of me for a week or so. He says both dbs have to be bounced to set it. I find that hard to believe, but don't know how to query the setting.

Gotta love the double negitive.
