I have installed oracle 8.1.5 on windows 2000....It works fine for the last six months. Now suddenly when i boot my m/c and i log into oracle...its giving the following err message...

ORACLE not available....

but when i restart my service then there is no problem....

What actually it does is ...when i go and see the services, there also it shows the service as "started"......When i restart the service then only i am able to log in......To enable automatic start what i have to do..

Regards,
