   I made a quick look in Oracle9i RMAN Backup & Recovery. I notice Robert has spaces between the parameters, as in 'sysdate - 7'

For the RMAN experts on the list (we both know who you are):

In RMAN 9.2, isn't the "backup archivelogs delete input until time..." syntax supported? "delete input", yes, but I want to keep a few days' worth on disk. I'm getting syntax error messages when I specify "until time 'sysdate-7'".
