Cannot Find White Paper "Deploying Internet Applications Using HTTP-Enabled Oracle Developer Server"

Hello All  

I took a course last week on 9iAS. The instructor recommended the White Paper "Deploying Internet Applications Using HTTP-Enabled Oracle Developer Server". I have searched Google, Metalink, and Technet for this White Paper with no success. I must admit, the White Paper is aging (March 1999 I think).  

I did find this White Paper referenced in another Oracle White Paper, "An Overview of Oracle Forms Server Architecture", April 2000.  

Does anybody know where I can get a soft copy of this paper (Deploying Internet Applications Using HTTP-Enabled Oracle Developer Server).
