I have a problem when start oracle 9.2.0 on redhat = 7.3 the=20 error like this :
[oracle@serverdb oracle]$ dbstart
 
SQL*Plus: Release 9.2.0.1.0 - Production on Sat Mar = 22=20 16:32:45 2003
 
Copyright (c) 1982, 2002, Oracle Corporation.  = All rights=20 reserved.
 
SQL> ERROR:
ORA-12162: TNS:service name is = incorrectly=20 specified

Database "" warm started.
 
Can't find init file for Database "dbserver".
Database = "dbserver" NOT=20 started.
 
could anybody help me to solve it.
