  1. It's an ETL tool like Informatica. Heard it's much better than Informatica. You need to check their website for further information.
  2. You just deal with a lot of data at one time and so keep in mind to optimize your code so that the end-to-end processing time is less.

a developer is the work really that different? I understand star schemas etc...
Just need to know how different the work is.
