Ah yes, but they've promised that all the Tru64 capabilities will be in HP-UX by then. And of course, we always believe vendors' promises, don't we? :)

Stephan,

I am wondering why would you not rate Tru64 as a stable platform. We are using it for all our OLTP and datawarehouse needs; and it has been quite stable. It's rather unfortunate that HP is retiring it in 3 years.
