Rather than doing an ALTER SYSTEM SWITCH LOGFILE only, issue an ALTER SYSTEM ARCHIVE LOG NEXT

I actually do an ARCHIVE LOG NEXT, SWITCH LOGFILE and also have a sleep in the backup-script, which then proceeds to copy all but the *last* archivelog out to tape !
