The bookpool is no doubt the best and clean site for tech books with low S&H charges. For price comparison http://www.bestwebbuys.com/books/ is a good site...

I alwasys use bookfinder.com to search for books; it queries quite a few sites and generally finds the best price for me (new and/or used). Another useful site is the ISBN locator at www.isbn.nu
