Record Has been Updated By another user ?

Hi list ,

Can you help please in the problem .

I have a form based on a table ,when user press on a button i have to update some hidden fields from the database iam surprised by this message "record has been update by another user requery to see changes",
the question is what is best way to get ride of this message.
