Can't find orazht.msg file

Dear all,

Where can i download orazht.msg?
'Cos when i issue 'oerr ora 1562',
it showed "Cannot find /home/oracle/product/8.1.6/rdbms/mesg/orazht.msg file."

I'm using Oracle8.1.6 on Redhat7.2
