Yes there is :)

PocketDBA is built exactly for this purpose, and at this time is the only DBA specific tool that I have seen in the market - apart from the up and coming EM2GO product, which AFAIK is not generally available yet.

Expand Beyond are the authors of PocketDBA, and have a world wide network of resellers. You can locate your nearest reseller on their web site http://www.xb.com. Their CEO is (was? I haven't seen you post in a while Ari) a member of this list..
