Reconfiguring datafiles

Dear Listers,

Would someone on this list help me to solve these problems, 1. I've three datafiles x1 and x2
2. If datafile x1 is full, I want it is automaticaly move to datafile x2 including all data in datafile x1.
3. If it is possible how to do it.
