Unfortunately this isn't an option, we can't change the browser settings. Thanks though!

Hi,
I also faced the similar type of problem. So we changed the settings in Browser from automatic setting to manual proxy settings. some times Jinitiator will not read the PAC file used for proxy settings. That's the reason.
