Perl People,
 Boy that sounds like a blast from the past with the purple people eater...
There is an interesting Perl hot backup script at http://www.searchDatabase.com/tip/1,289483,sid13_gci876060,00.html Not understanding Perl yet and liking to keep things simple, The code seems link and complex. Is it better/faster than a ksh script? Ron

Looking into different options to learn to enhance my value.
