Of course.

I've ran a few development boxes that had SQL Server, Oracle in 2 versions, and DB2 all installed on them. I wouldn't run them all, mind you, but running a single Oracle instance along with a SQL Server database isn't all that uncommon in development environments.

Of course, I'd not recommend you try to support a large transaction/query load on both of them....
