Hi oraora
I like this one as a general (but in depth) one for Unix Admins, because it has lots of real life stuff:

Also this little booklet for Oracle DBAs:

Can u suggest me a good/best book for Unix ?
......Unix for oracle DBA.
i.e,tuning unix for good performance of oracle.
