Don't forget a lot of people uses PDA or wireless devices which has limitations on how many characters can be trasmitted. SMS for instance allows only 160 characters.

Now why would someone write from such a device to ask an Oracle question is beyond me. Perhaps all the machines are down? :)

With more people start to use wireless phones, PDAs, we will see more messages
like this.
