I am working on figuring out an error in an application caused by dynamically generated sql. I've set init parameters in the past to generate a trace file for a specific error and its been very helpful in finding the source of this sort of error.

Is there a way to run this sort of trace on a session or the system without setting it in the init file and restarting?
