Oracle Portal resources

I was wondering if there are any resources on the 'net to help people customize Oracle Portal.

I went to the OTN portal center and http://portal.oracle.com <http://portal.oracle.com> etc., but not sure where to look.

Is it possible to configure Oracle Portal in such a way that it is hard to tell that it is in fact Oracle Portal? I am wondering how much of its look and feel is set in stone, and how much customization is possible.

This is not critical, I am just experimenting.
