If you are interested I can send you a word document which I used to select and evaluate an Oracle monitoring tool solution which might be useful for adapting to your needs. We're an NT/W2K site.

BTW, we choose Quest I/Watch as our solution. Did not come across eHurkha product during our evaluation.
