Scott mentioned that he taught the course in Europe at some point.

He also mentioned Japan, the U.S..

I got the impression he might be involved with the Oracle Masters testing.

Do you mean this Scott Gosset is working here in the Netherlands or used to be? Any idea about these courses in the Netherlands? I can always call Oracle support here but I doubt if they know about it.
