Hello...

As a follow up to the last question about moving to 9i RAC, how many of you out there have made the move or plan to make the move to 9i RAC for DSS (Data Warehouse)? If so... what is driving you to make this upgrade? If data volume can you please provide examples... if query performance can you please explain? What are the other characteristics about your environment(s) that are pushing you in the 9i RAC direction? I am interested in understanding the point at which companies are considering 9i RAC for DSS. Thanks for sharing your experience and situations.

Nathan
