Is anyone running 9.2.0.2 on Soalris 9. The reason I am asking is that I have two boxes - one with Solaris 8 and one with Solaris 9. Both have 9.2.0.2 Oracle. They are configured almost Identically except for memory the Solaris 9 box has a lot more 16G vs 4G. On the S8 box Discoverer queries are running ok. On the S9 box they are terrible - taking 2 - 3 times longer. everything has been analyzed. When I set the optimizer mode back to 8.1.7 on the S9 box it's performance gets back to normal. If you have any suggestions or know of anything please let me know - and I do have a TAR logged.
