how to change listener port ?

guys,

i have a db CLONEDB , cloned from another DB. i have did it successfully and things work fine. the listener listens on default port 1521. now i would like to change this to some other port number , say 2521.
the environment is oracle 8.1.6/win2k.

how do i do it ?
can someone explain me the steps involved ?
