It must be that 386 mail server that is the bottleneck. Or it's the perl program handling the mail that has the SLEEP(7200);
line of code in it.

I have raised this before and never seen a good explanation. It is very frustrating to see a reply to a post prior to the post appearing.

What is even more frustrating is when you hit the send button and realise you have made a mistake or mistyped something. There is no way of withdrawing it and you still have 2 hours before you see it on the list
