OEM website - cannot login ;-(

list,.. i have tried everything, but stiill i cannot login to em website !!!!!!

i *CAN* use OEM console (the java app) and can login using SYSMAN (or SYS) but... then i do http://myserver:1810/ it prompts with

realm: emterprise-manager
username: sysman

when i use the same password as when using the java OEM console.. it does NOT work !!!
i';m sooo frustrated... i hve tried changing the password to default OEM_TEMP (using the method in metalink) ,startup/shutdown the website.. but still does not work !!

what am i doing wrong ?????
