Statspack Report !!!

Hello All,
I am working on understanding the statspack report. To understanding it better I would like to compare my report with a report on well tuned low OLTP database . Some of you guys might have used the statspack to well tune your DB and now it might be running at peak performance , if you feel so , would you send me that report ... I would like to map the statistics

It would be grateful , if somebody can be helpful on this..

yeah I have got the yapp report too , But wanted to see a report where a database is having its peak performance ...
