Any good RMAN books?

Having abandoned any hope of getting approval for a training course I was wondering if I should just rely on the docs to teach myself RMAN or if there were any really good books out there that I should consult as well.

Since I'm on my 4th day of waiting for some files to be restored from our Solstice tape backup I decided it's time to bite the bullet.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Jay Miller
