ora-4020 deadlock detected while trying to lock object:<package name>

Hi All,

When a form is run occassionally the users will get "ora-4020 deadlock detected while trying to lock object:<package name>" message. How can I determine why the deadlock is happening. I suspect it is a coding issue. I am not familiar with the code but perhaps there are some DD tables that may help.
