If you add a file to a primary, you must add it to the standby, reguardless of what object had the file.

Hi,

We are having an Oracle 8.1.7 database with Dataguard 2.6 on Sun Solaris. Just wanted to check, if I am required to add a datafile to the Standby Datbase Manually, if I add a datafile to ROLLBACK Segment Tablespace in the Primary database.

Thanks for your time and help.
