Re: Velpuri bkup script-syntax error

Been a while since I used them, but I had to go through the file and remove some non-printable characters. You can do this pretty quickly with any number of text utilities.

Do yourself a favor and use RMAN for backups. You can script any variety of backups fairly easily once you work your way through the manual.
