Lee,

Done this in the past with an in-house tracking database that we use on Access, to load it in to Oracle with test data.. The best source that I found was an Oracle manual (can you hear the RTFM coming already? ;P) :

http://download-west.oracle.com/otndoc/oracle9i/901_doc/server.901/a88789/ge ncon.htm#1656

Have you taken a look here already?

Mark

    Hi,

    Oracle 8.1.7.3
    Tru64 5.1
    MSAccess 2000

Preparing to be shot down in flames but I have been looking through some documentation and also some White Papers but for some reason I just don't get it.

I need to see Access tables from an Oracle DB. The paper I am reading
(from Metalink) states that I should be able to do this via Heterogeneous
Services and ODBC agent but I cannot see how it all hangs together.

Has anyone done this and if so could you point me in the right direction please. I don't need an idiots guide (or maybe I do) but a gentle nudge in the right direction should suffice.

    Regards

    Lee
