Slightly OT: Chart generation tool for db monitoring scripts out

Does anyone know of any simple utility that will take a data file and generate a quick chart. I'd like to generate a chart of number of transactions per time period. I can generate the output through a SQL query.

Actually I'd like to do this for more data, but this is just an example.
