I can see why they stopped distributing them though, it must have been
costly.
It doesn't remove the fact that it would be handy to have paper copies of the manuals. It's hard to put yellow sticknote tabs on a CD.

endangered
item. They've morphed into CD's. Those that remain are platinum plated to
