Honestly I do not what the problem is. There are tons of companies that do the same thing.
These are the companies that really make huge money. They bring people on H1-B (I'm not sure about the visa name) to US and pay them low wages while getting paid very good rates.

Probably they are unable to do any business these days because of the job market conditions and this is why they try to disappear.
