Utter bollocks.

All that means is it will be cash rich companies (or well to do individuals) who can afford to put their employees/themselves through this training.

I was attempting to persuade (unsuccessfully) my company to put me through the certification process before all of this. I am sure I could get through it and pass but I have absolutely no chance of doing this now what with budgetary constraints being what they are in the present climate
